At a time of my visit they had only drive in, anyway the food was great. Smoked brisket was great.
The hours posted on the door are incorrect. Went before 7:30 on a Friday and doors were locked, no staff inside. Hours on door... indicated open until 8:00. Read more
The cashier didn't know how to listen to the customer while taking the order.
I never do this but this location has earned it, I visited this establishment 2 weeks ago and watched the manager yell and be... little the employees, all the customers just watched and shook our heads. Today, it was the same this woman is the only thingthat can be heard. All the employees are silent and tou just hear her not yelling but talking to her self how she don't havetime for this amd how the employees are worthless. When I walked in 2 people left the line. So I stayed as I was up next now.She was incredibly rude just taking a order. 20 mins it took to get my order as I am waiting and talking to the others waitingall are amazed about the service time and this woman. The line for orders to be taken is now 6 deep, and they just start walkingout one after another. While I was there 5 customers walked out. Typically I order from door dash, but for some reason thisarbys is not on door dash I can only assume it's because they have been removed from there due to the insane wait times, ect. Read more
Staff was nice, but food look just thrown together. The drive thru wait is usually long if there's more than two vehicles. Would... have given it 5 stars if the food was not sloppy. Read more
Came at lunch sat for 10 min and the drive thru did not move left without anything! Tried again for dinner and waited since... there is nothing else open at 8 pm! 2 cars ahead took order no problem but waited 15 min and the girl repeated the order and wasmissing items and did not apologize for the wait.or order error, took our money& waited. We had enough time to see theydesperately need updated registers and the older gentleman had time to stock and dump the empty boxes in the dumpster and comeinside to help with the cashier we realized he was the manager! This is the weirdest Arby's I was ever at, but then again, the whole town is weird. They took our order in a notepad, then... yelled the order to the back, then typed in the total on an outdated piece of equipment. The drive thru and counter used thesame cash box. Really strange that it was so outdated, but the food was typical. The employees and manager were not veryfriendly and we're constantly bantering among themselves. Read more
Arby's has come a LONG way in the fast food bidness. This location has NOT. Same decor since the late 1980's, and the whole... staff needs some serious training regarding customer service and acting (somewhat) professionally. I realize this is fast foodwe are talking about but the way the employees (AND MANAGEMENT!) shout at each other for the customers to hear for small stupiddetails is just weak. So it is 50/50 rating here. Food is delicious, but service is weak. Read more
