This particular place was average. Above average than many tim Hortens. No comments about the toilets as I have not been to this... place. But must say almost ALL Tim's I have visited they all have been kept their toilet in worst conditions with the exceptionsof may be one or two. Stinking toilets. This Tim Horton has no much parking place and it's a nightmare to get out through thearea where the drive through is. If I have an alternative I would not go there again. This good is like any other Tim Hortonand Staff was ok better than done Tim's I visited. Please take this as a positive and constructive criticism. Lame. No In store dining because they are ?short staffed?. Maybe if a living wage was paid then people would want to work... here. They call Apple fritters ?premium donuts? now and keep raising prices while less food than ever is fresh. Read more

Amazing donut selection! Fresh breakfast bagel sandwiches which are absolutely amazing! Hash browns could've been a bit more... crisp but all in all a great quick breakfast! Read more

Washrooms are not made available prior to ordering your food. So you're supposed to order your food and leave it at table... unattended getting cold while you wash up? Pathetic representation of the franchise. They also left me standing there waitingfor my coffee while they served 3 other people after me. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Read more

Very slow service/customer ratio. It is a very busy store but service is still slow. For example, it took 15 mins to get a... coffee in the store and there was only 2 people ahead of me. And they only ordered drinks. Like all Tim Horton's their priorityis people in drive through. I feel like they serve at least 5 cars for every one person in the store front. Also you need a codeto use the washroom, that you will find on your receipt. So this can also slow down the line as well. Read more

I went in the drive thru today around 7:30. Ordered a large iced coffee and specifically mentioned 2 times that I want 3 shots... of milk in it. Again at the window I asked the girl if there are 3 shots in it. She said yes. However, It wasn't made correctly.I understand sometimes it is hard to manage with less staff. But it shouldn't be so hard to get a coffee right when someonementions the order multiple times. Read more

The staff are fairly nice but my order is pretty much always wrong when I go to this location. My iced coffee is made with milk... every time even though I just order a regular iced coffee, and even if I ask for cream I still get milk. Usually when I go theymiss alteast one part of my order. Also, Google says they close at 9pm every day but I?ve gone around 6:30pm or 7pm more thanonce and it?s either already closed or they have zero hot food and no baked goods. I understand if they stop making hot for pasta certain time but last time I went even the display case was completely empty. Read more

The food quality of the crueller and ice capp were great, but the cinnamon raisin bagel was incredibly dry, so I'm questioning... the amount of butter, and the cappuccino was watered compared to what I'm used to. The woman assisting us didn't appreciate ourasking about napkins and a straw (some stores supply them or you're expected to get your own at a supply counter) so we wantedto ask before we left the counter area, but she was curt and quickly said she was getting it in a minute.
