Had the Hogtown Burger and it was phenomenal!!! The only reason I dropped a star was because the regular drink size with the... combo was pretty small and the poutine was pretty decent just a little lacklustre. Delicious burgers, but deceiving. They are cooked on a gas grill, not on charcoal as the name might suggest. However, it was a... really good burger. It was a bit pricey for a family lunch at $40 for 2 burgers and 1 burger combo. I would return if I only hadto pay for my own meal. Service was slow too. Read more
I am obsessed with burgers and so far this is my favourite place. Staff have always been super kind and helpful, prices are on... par , fries are amazing and I love the fact that they have mayo packets for the taking because I use a ton on my fries andusually have to pay extra. Now everyone has a different experience, and I?m not doubting yours. I live in this area, I go to McDonald?sat least once a week and can promise you they are not better or worse. I believe that expectation is high and I?m sure that if Icame to your place of employment you might have some colleagues that don appreciate your work ethic and for you to criticizeteenagers is pretty low. Well done . These guys know how to deal with crowds . Fast/ food was still great. Love stopping in here for a burger. Line up... was around 10 or 15 deep and they got it done fast. Always stop here. ****edit******. To my original review. My son and I wenthere last Night and it was a terrible experience. So much so I'm not sure if we will go back TBH. Service was terrible!!! Veryrude, order Took forever and I couldn't understand a word, toppings seemed smaller as did the party. It was a good run but, at36.00$ for 2 cheese Combos that doesn't cut it. Shame really. Having the classic cheese burger combo. The fries that comes with the meal is a small and I must say it is extremely filling.... Not your typical small fries. The taste of my burger is reminiscent a high end burger joint. This location is located in OutletCollection at Niagara, so getting seating inside the restaurant was next to impossible but there was adequate seating in thegeneral seating area within the food court. Overall the service was excellent and the wait for my well done burger wasapproximately five to ten minutes (lost track of time) ????. I am highly recommending this burger joint. Read more
My second time to a big smoke and both times have been positive! This time it was at the outlet collection niagara... location Ordered the beast and nice thick patty and so juicy too! A definite burger joint that makes awesome final product Idid hear that someone else had a cold bun, but other than that, very nicely done Service was decent and they were veryefficient in terms of getting all the orders out.
