Great pizza, low prices, nice staff.
I tried Newtown Pizza because I?m tired of the absurd prices at some of the fancier places around here, and was pleasantly... surprised. Their crust is thin and perfectly baked, the toppings are good, and they don?t add noticeable sugar to their saucelike some places. OK, so it wasn?t bufala mozzarella, but it was still good. And their large pizzas are actually large. I wasalso happy I didn?t have to pay an app?s ridiculous delivery surcharges. I?ll order again. Read more
Usually late, cheese all over the place when getting extra cheese delivery. They were 2 hours late, half the order was... missing.The girl on the phone said they would give me a credit for the trouble I said thank you but I prefer the food instead. 3hours later I get a call after getting the food a second time, and they tell me we owe the money. Tried Newtown Pizza tonight for the first time. People taking the order were nice. We ordered a Sicilian pizza w/ 1/2 mushrooms.... The toppings and cheese were good and plentiful. The crust was crispy but the dough wasn?t puffy like a Sicilian pizza. Thedough tasted more dry. Overall not my favorite Sicilian pizza in the area. Read more

We pulled into the parking lot and walked into the place. We were immediately greeted and we sat down after being given menus.... The waiter came over and asked if we needed more time. The answer was yes so he left and, he gave us a sufficient amount of timeto decide; neither too long nor too short. He took our orders and, gave us our drinks. My buddy ordered a soda but the sodatasted like seltzer water. When he was told about it, he immediately asked if my buddy wanted something else. Root beer was thepreferred beverage. When the food came out, it was hot and delicious. My buddy got a pizza steak with mega fries and I got agarlic cheesesteak. My buddy said the steak was so so but the sauce was excellent. My garlic cheesesteak tasted weird but Iattribute that to it being made with real garlic. The aroma was potent, but in a good way. The staff was friendly and veryhelpful as my buddy wanted to take the rest of her food with her. My buddy was brought a container for the french fries and aaluminum foil for the rest of the sandwich. He then gave us the check and told us to pay up front. It was a VERY pleasurableexperience and the food was above average. We will DEFINITELY be going back to partake in more delicious food. Read more
