They make very nice dry cappuccino but sometime they donuts are not as fresh as wanted to have.
This location is an absolute joke. There is no regard for mobile orders, walk ins come first and there is zero sense of urgency... to get beverages made. Staff is rude as hell and the woman making beverages was opening one packet of Sweet n Low at a time toadd to someones drink. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes for a mobile order that was placed 20 minutes prior before finallywalking out and contacting customer service for a refund. I will NEVER return to this location and would suggest you goelsewhere if you don?t have a leisurely schedule to be standing around waiting ridiculous amounts of time for a coffee or tea. Read more
I ordered food from here the first time and it tasted like sanitation products. I called to let them know and they just... apologized and told me to come back for a free small coffee(?). Extremely RUDE!! no sense of customer service what so ever. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have worked at... Dunkin? in the past and I have never ever had this sense of rudeness to customers at all. I get that sometimes this job isstressful and can be annoying at times.
