We went to Nepal a few years go and always look forward to finding Nepali food in the States! The restaurant was beautiful, All... of the chairs were super comfy and there was Himalayan art on the wall. They had a full bar and a big menu of Nepali classicswhich were all delicious and tasted traditional which is such a big plus because often times restaurants change their recipes tosuit American customers. We had momos and samosas, chicken tiki masala, vindaloo and everything was awesome! The service wasquick and attentive. Read more

This is my favorite place in town, and honestly one of the best curry restaurants I’ve ever been to. I go weekly for lunches... and order in as well - never a single complaint. Read more

Been there while i was in New Haven, we have had great food. Specially, the way momo is served is really unique over the whole... US. Taste of foods is unique, even though menu is same as other Nepalese restaurants. But it’s bit expensive, that’s I thinkobvious. The fireplace outside of the restaurant is awesome. Mostly busy place in Newtown. Read more

This place is amazing!! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is impeccable, and the drinks are refreshing. I’ve been... searching for an authentic tasting place like this since moving from CA. I think this is the best Nepalese food I’ve had in CTso far! For those of you not as familiar with Nepalese food, I’d say it’s quite similar to Indian food… but a bitlighter. Read more

Absolutely perfection ! Everything was perfectly cooked, (the Basmati long grain rice was itself a work of art), the lamb curry... (I asked for "spicy") was perfect, tender and not too spicy for me to enjoy. Service was excellent as well. I went there forlunch on a Thursday and was not crowded when we arrived at noon. Started to fill up about 1:30. They are closed on Mondays. Ican't wait to go again and this time I'll have Tandoori. Read more

Great food! We had Chicken noodle, Chilly chicken and Chicken momos. The noodles and chilly chicken was superb. I personally... prefer momos without any spices, still it was good (it had spices in it). Hope I had an option without any spices. Awesomestaff. Will come back again soon! Read more
