Smithfield, the food is usually pretty good and this place was kind of way out of the way but I was very surprised because it... had two Tesla charging stations in the back. We stopped for lunch, on our way home from vacation with our 5 young kids. Our food was taking a while, and we hadn?t mentioned... anything. Incredibly, our kids had behaved and were waiting pretty patiently when the manager came up to us to apologize for ourwait, and told us that he would be refunding our entire bill and that our food would be out shortly. We were dumbfounded at howhe took care of our family, and noticed us waiting. Sure enough, an employee came out and gave us cash, and then when our foodcame out, the manager himself brought out plates and silverware, along with extra graham pouches for the little kids. The foodwas piping hot, and was 100% worth the wait! I think it was probably the best fried chicken I?ve ever had! The BBQ was awesome,and everyone loved everything we got. It was hard to eat with my hands. The fries were great as always. The personrunning food to the tables and the guy taking orders couldn't have been more out of tune.
