These guys are overworked and underpaid for sure but that doesn't stop them from making awesome subs even with Karens screaming... at them all day over stuff they have zero control over. These kids deserve a medal. Read more

Worst customer service ever ! Same as the last time I went here! I thought I'd give them another chance but they were so rude... when I walked in to get my order guy ask if I was there to pick up the online order I said yea he said "Thank God" so rude! Myfood wasn't ready when it said I waited watched them throw food at each other ! Thr girl working was super rude slamming openthe door acting mad because she had tp make my subs thats your job! My boyfriend and I went in yesterday and ordered two subs and when we got home the bread was stale. Tried calling before driving... back to let them know we had an issue and no one answered. So we drive back to ask for a refund and we were told they do not dorefunds they only do replacements. So the manager has more bread out to make us replacement subs and when I ask for mine to betoasted she refuses to toast it for me....says I am not toasting it because that's probably what made you "think"that the breadtasted stale and she refused to toast a sandwich that I paid for. Worst ever! First of all my sandwich that I order online was STUFFED in a paper bag. They did not even take the time to wrap it... in the sandwich paper! My sandwich look like the sandwich maker was mad at the world because my sandwich was gooey more Bajasauce than sandwich,smashed bread and i could not make out what I order. I?m writing this review to acknowledge the fact that Subway does not only have the best foot longs, but their salad?s are... spectacular as well. As an intentional healthy eater I was really impressed by this salad. They basically treat the line like asalad bar. Instead of having a 6in. bread as your sub you can switch it out with this salad, and the result is something trulyremarkable. Quite happy with my visit. We?ll done subway! I?m impressed. Drive the extra mile to Conover?or really anywhere else to get your Subway fix. This management team could not care less and it... shows. The restaurant was updated not long ago?it?s sleek and clean?but our latest experience with them was like dealing with atoddler. 3 of my 4 items ordered online were wrong. When I called back up to speak to a manager I was disrespected by the younggirl who answered (she answered hello laughing?I asked to speak to the manager on duty, she got attitude repeating me, so Icontinued to verify this is Subway correct bc that?s not what you said answering the phone?she then laid the phone down & saidbye). The manager got on the phone, we discussed how the order was incorrect and then she tells me all she can do is remake theorder if we come up now to get it. I worked my errands around picking up dinner so I can get my daughter to bed, so nah, thatdoesn?t work. She tells me her owner will be back in town on Monday and they will contact me then. Cool, I wait. Only theydon?t. So I fill out the online survey Tuesday night. Finally get a half hearted response, where they feel like they only needto replace one of the items. (Owner?s response: They missed 2 slices of cheese on a salad, added items to a sub they shouldn?thave and didn?t make a sandwich a melt like requested?they offered to replace only the melt). I didn?t pay for them to guesswhat my family would want to eat, even though that could be a fun game, I expected to receive what I ordered.
