This restaurant made me feel like they're prejudice. You can't use the restroom unless you're a customer.
Worst customer service ever ! Same as the last time I went here! I thought I'd give them another chance but they were so rude... when I walked in to get my order guy ask if I was there to pick up the online order I said yea he said "Thank God" so rude! My boyfriend and I went in yesterday and ordered two subs and when we got home the bread was stale. Tried calling before driving... back to let them know we had an issue and no one answered. So we drive back to ask for a refund and we were told they do not dorefunds they only do replacements. So the manager has more bread out to make us replacement subs and when I ask for mine to betoasted she refuses to toast it for me....says I am not toasting it because that's probably what made you "think"that the breadtasted stale and she refused to toast a sandwich that I paid for.
