This restaurant was so busy and so understaffed that I wouldn't advise even trying to eat here at dinner. The employees look... over worked I don't really know what else to say I watch people leave after sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting tohave their order taken. I was there 2 hours ago!! Its 8-6-22 7:24 the female manager is the rudest I have ever dealt with in fast food EVER. So I go to... bojangles? ok I?m eating in the parking lot and then I hear her yelling at another customer at 9:24 . Sonic??? You must bedesperate for managers cause the customer is always right and this young lady should not be a manager at all she could have madeboth situations better.She has the nastiest attitude. We may need to have another Sonic Restaurant in town. It took a few minutes to actually order and get the food. Maybe they were... shorthanded like all the other restaurants. The food is fine, once you actually get it. If you have the time, or are willing to wait 20+ minutes, go for it. This most... certainly shouldn't be called fast food because it is anything but fast. I ordered cinnamon bites, which takes 3 mins in a deepfryer and a banana milkshake. I find it important to note I was the only person in the drive-through. after waiting 10 minutesfor my order The cashier comes to let me know they are waiting on the ice cream to freeze for my milkshake???? Sonic is always a great place for hot snacks. Grabbed a pretzel with their signature cheese sauce. Also a two for 5 chili frito... wrap and cheeseburger. Everything was hot and fresh. Read more
