I ordered my pizza online and received an email that my pizza was ready. I went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door... stating they quit due to rude customers and the door was locked. I attempted to call the number that leads to the call center. Iwas hung up on 7 times while trying to receive my refund. I FINALLY got in touch with someone from customer service and theygave me an incident number to follow up with about my refund. If this were the only issue that I?ve had with this Pizza Hut Iwouldn?t post but the cashier/waitress, Terri, is always EXTREMELY rude too. While dining in, she slammed drinks down so hardthey splashed up on me and literally threw a pizza box at me so we could take the rest of our pizza to go. Ordered two pizzas with a drink at 5:30 PM. Originally was supposed to be here at 6:15 PM. Never got them until 7:30 PM, but... without a 2-liter drink. I can see why Doordash around here avoids this store like the plague. This Pizza Hut constantlyoutsources their delivery through Doordash and forces a different company's drivers to deal with customer complaints. The drivertold me they've seen one or two people working here max and the phone lines are constantly shut off. Read more
Place doesn't have a Buffett but all I did was pick up an to be honest, the place has got way to expensive. The customer service... was good. They work hard. But pizza hut is going crazy on the prices. Won't be getting pizza from there much Read more

I have no clue why I decided to go back. The food gets worse every time! Will never go back. I ordered Wings and they were not... cooked. Called back and ask to speak to manager I was put on hold for 22 mins. Then phone disconnected. Read more
First, let me say that my food was piping hot and very delicious; the young man (manager?/cook) called me to let me know they... had ran out of personal pan dough, so replaced it with a large pan at no charge. We were very pleased with our meal. Thisparticular establishment, however, appeared to be struggling. Staffing appeared to be 3 persons + a driver. Not only had theyran out of personal pan dough but also breadsticks, and several patrons were highly upset about it. There was a young motherworking the register appearing rather flustered straightening out orders while watching her child while she worked andconcomitantly advanced into another pregnancy. Perhaps this particular establishment was having a bad night, but some of theother patrons had an air about them that this was an ongoing trend. I placed my order to be ready at 5:15pm but then got off work early and called to see if by chance my order could be ready to... pickup a little sooner. The staff were so friendly and had my order ready by 4:40 when I arrived. My order has always beencorrect and fresh out of the oven when received each time I order from this location. If I could give this review 0 stars I would, because that's how much pizza I received. We placed an order for delivery at work... for 11:45am. Checked the app, stated pizza was in the oven around 11:30am for on time delivery. Checked again at 11:45 and 12pmand our pizza was still "in the oven" so I called to check on it. First time got referred to a call center and the second time Icalled I got the store but they notified me that it would be after 1 before I received my order due to "technical issues andpeople getting to work late." Unacceptable that they didn't even reach out and we ended up wasting our lunch break waiting onpizza that didn't even exist. Read more
