The best Indian food around! I've been searching for 5 years for authentic Indian food in Northeast PA/Northern Jersey and this... place fits the bill. The food is fresh and delicious (pick your spice level), there are plenty of vegetarian options and theservice is professional/friendly. My husband and I had a great experience at Indian Masala tonight! It was our first time trying Indian food and the server was... great at recommending entrees and explaining the ingredients. Everything we had was so flavorful and fresh. I had the chickentikka masala (mild) and my husband had the Korma (medium). The garlic Naan is out of this world! I think because we were sopleased with everything, the server gave us our dessert on the house. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes!! ???? Read more

So. Let me be clear..this is hands down my new favorite Indian restaurant. I used to work in Parsippany where Indian cuisine is... on every corner and Indian Masala just took top prize in my book. The meals were quite large and we always have leftovers, thespicing is perfect, and the staff is extraordinarily friendly and attentive. Even giving us extra rice for our leftovers. I'vebeen three times now in a month and could go again right now it's that good. The Malai Kofta is my favorite. Try them out! Smallplace so you might consider reservations on weekends. Read more
The food was absolutely delicious.The real taste of high class Indian cuisine. Me, my wife n our son really relinquished the... exoticness of this magnificent cookery. To top of this excellent experience, the staffs were top notch and were veryprofessional n polite right from the start to the end. As a sweet gesture, we were also offered complimentary desserts and it issimply finger licking WOW!!! The place is very clean and the foods were served with an absolute beautiful presentations.
