Its a dunkin with super friendly staff! Whats not to like
The servas was really bad and I had to wait for a long time to get my food. Overall a bad experience.
Walked in and placed my initial order and was told they are out of what I had asked for. I totally understood and changed my... order to what other options were provided to me by the staff. Proceeded to wait for my order while I see another staff membermaking the very same type of sandwiches for the patrons after me. I counted 8 customers served and their order was completedafter me. Soon after another staff member ?Jay? notified me that they were out of the product I had ordered and and paid for. Iwas completely upset at this however Jay told me to put my emotions aside and asked me ?how do can I help resolve thissituation??. 1. Please do not tell me to put my emotions aside like you are my father as I am probably old enough to beyours. 2. You could have not created this problem if you were helping the poor lady making all these orders instead of doingnothing and just watching others work. I will not be returning to this branch even though this is the closest (walkingdistance) from my house. Read more
This Dunkin is about what you?d expect. Service is generally fine and fairly quick, although quality can be hit or miss (cheese... may not always be melted on sandwiches, occasionally forget a drink flavor). Parking can be tough when busy but this place isgood for a quick coffee in Newton Center. Read more
I go here almost every morning before I walk across the street to work....the same people are always there and the lady at the... register is a sweetheart! However, the lady there with the short hair, I believe its red, is SUPER RUDE. The last few times I'vebeen in there I'd thank her for handing me my food/coffee and she shoots me the MEANEST stank eye. I'm almost positive she's amanager....and if that's the case she shouldn't be. If I stop coming to this location, she'll be the reason. Read more
