Went there today at 3:15 about there, 3 customers in line while the employees are just hanging around talking. Finally the girl... starts taking orders the 2nd customer waiting on 1 coffee while another employee was making 3 cups for himself to go. Mysignature latte had to be re done and still done wrong we had to ask if she even looks at the picture of the coffee. I don'tknow what's going on but employers need to find better employees.
