First time here, ordered a Lg Matcha Latte. So when I get it, it's AWFUL! So I politely go back to the counter and the guy... nicely apologizes and says he made it wrong, they'll make me a new one.... Ok no problem. So I wait as they make me another. MyPROBLEM is with the second one. It's literally only filled HALFWAY up. Now I KNOW that matcha lattes are usually not filled tothe top. Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin? to where I work, the customer service is awful came in on 10/14/22 around noon the man... behind counter did not have a name tag but was very dismissive as if I was an issue ordering. And tried to mutter under hisbreathe that some people are picky. I replied some people don?t like their jobs and don?t listen. Purchased 2 iced coffees- both tasted soapy and had a strange aftertaste. I went back to return them- get a refund. The staff... horribly rude. When I returned coffee was given horrible sarcastic attitude. The employee could not properly communicate- Raised voice at me and said I could not have a refund. The younger employee told me I was immature and should move on with mylife. She then swore at me under her breath. She was not trained in how to issue refunds, not trained in customer service. Rude,unprofessional even said she doesn?t care about her job there. That was clear. Both employee showed no professionalism and totallack of training.
