I almost never leave reviews but my god. There will be 3 cars in the driveway and 7 workers inside and it will still take 20+... mins to make a simple order. That wendys has gone hella down hill in the last few years. Undercooked potatoes, wrong size fries,flat soda, never refills sauces or straws or anything you need. I worked at MCD for 3 years so its not like im a stranger tofast food work. It literally tells you what to do on a screen ???? people need to make more money but that wendys does not. Read more
I love Wendy's and have only ever had one issue with a order but was corrected by the manager amazingly. Great staff!
It is your basic fast food place. On Saturday, we swung by on ordered some chili. The flavor was ok. The temperature was luke... warm at best. On Sunday, we picked up some semi-soggy yet warm fries and two Frosties. The frosties were good. I had to go tothree different trash cans to find one not full and over flowing instead of simply dumping stuff on the floor. The men'srestroom was lacking paper towels. The staff seemed friendly and well rested since they were taking a break from emptying thetrash and stocking restrooms. Would I go again? Probably. I have had worst. Read more
Ordered 2 orders of chili cheese fries, a small chili and a baked potato among other things. Had to pull over and wait 20... minutes for the food. Was brought cheese fries with out the chili, no small chili and no baked potato. Got back in line only tobe told they didn't have any chili. Really feel like that should've been explained prior to us leaving the window. Got no refundand no chili! Very very disappointed! Not sure when we'll go back! Read more
One of our party did not get her food for 40 minutes... Thankfully she had her receipt! The two men that ordered ahead of her... waited MUCH longer. Heard no apologies. A giftcard and an overdue apology would have been appropriate. Read more
This Wendy?s gave me uncooked chicken very disgusting I am very disappointed! Hope the managers here quit doing a sloppy job.
If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. First, the place was gross. Food and spilled drink all over the floor and not a... clean table to be found for our group. We had to clean off tables so we could sit down. Second, no silverware to eat our foodwith?!? And, not a mention before we order that there isn't any?!! When we went back up front, the workers just laughed and saidoh yeah, umm sorry, guess you'll have to take it with you. Umm, ok. People generally go out to eat at fast food because they arebusy and we weren't going home so what do I do with food for the next three hours in my car?!?! The frosty's were filled so fullthat they were leaking profusely down the sides of the cups but there was no way to eat them without spoons. Our whole partythrew them away with the food we couldn't eat because we didn't want that mess back in the vehicles. Some of us keep ourvehicles clean and don't want it them covered in chocolate mess. Pretty clean. Super polite and friendly service from Brandon. Order was wrong and I feel like I got over charged. Mgr didn't... seem concerned. Probably won't go back. Sorry, but I just regret going there today. Read more
