I believe the issue with this location is management. We hardly ever get fresh food and are missing items most of the time.... Don't eat at this location unless you are just stopping for a drink. Read more
I ordered a chocolate shake and some French fries with a side of cheese sauce, but when I got my order the cheese was gone. The... employee that took my order has obviously eaten it because of the cheese smeared across their face and I called him out on itbefore he revealed himself to be 307 rats in a human suit. Then they shot me in the leg and told me if I didn't come back with20 lbs of Munster cheese there will be worse consequences. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience! Read more
Poor service, at least at the North store. Have waited multiple times (no other cars there) over 20 minutes for a large drink... and a small drink. When pushed button as they got busier, to let them know, they said it's ready to bring out and it would bethere in a minute. Waited another 5 before just leaving, and still no drinks. The North Sonic in Newton, has some improving to do on the accuracy of their orders. But they did redeem themselves by giving... me a Free Chili Cheese Coney and Free Chili Cheese Tots and a rt 44 cherry Limeade. I appreciate Free meal, Mgr Aurrora.
