None of the burgers are fresh made. All are frozen and everything cooked in microwaves. The entire grill is 2 feet by 1 feet.... But it takes 5 cooks to put orders in a kitchen smaller than most people's closets. Now add a dish washer. It's poorly managedand ridiculous that employees eat TWO free meals on duty and then take a third home when shifts are only 5 to 6 hours long,. 10employees makes that 30 free meals put the door daily. I used to go to trivia a few years ago under the old management. For a few reasons, I hadn't been back for a couple of years,... until last night. I decided to try trivia again, which I had previously enjoyed. The food was good, as were the drinks. Theservice was excellent; the wait staff was very attentive. The way of paying was so much better than it used to be ... Wow. Somuch better. My only complaint was the parking. There has never been a lot of available parking, and now with the patioexpansion, there is even less available parking. I wish on busy nights, they would make the patio area smaller to allow for moreparking, especially in the winter, when no one is using the patio. Read more
