We just left there with our soccer team and many of the players' family members (about 30 people). The Freddy's employees did a... FANTASTIC job getting everyone's orders taken and getting the orders done in a timely manner. A special shout out to the fryguy--the seasoning was perfect! Read more

The customer service was great, the food was not sadly. We had a grilled chicken combo, Chilli cheese dog combo, and a kids... meal. The grilled chicken sandwich was lukewarm, Chilli cheese dog was luke warm and the bread was soggy and cold. The frieswere the absolute worst, they were the only thing hot and fresh but had so much salt that we literally could not eat them. Itwas really really bad, a waste of $26. Read more

Good seems good ????????. Only a two star because customer service is the building block of any business and the main reason... why I either continue to spend my money at a business or not. I ordered inside, as to-go. At the pick up window I askedthe gentleman if I could please have a ?few? (so at the very least three) more Freddy Sauces. He grabbed ONE and literallythrew it in the bag, didn?t ask a word, then walked off. It was a bigger order with 3 large feta and 2 regular. I use morethan one sauce container for a large fry. There were four in the bag already. The young man was rude throughout the entireencounter and seemed frustrated and ignored by the polite request.
