My wife Pam, myself and son Mike met at Giovanni's Pizza in Newton for lunch today. Their pizza is always epic and always piping... hot and mouthwateringly good, every time. I just hate it when I see the last piece coming or when starting to get full,whichever comes first. Pam had the mini Pepperoni, I had the mini Pepperoni with Jalapenos and Mike had the mini with pineappleand sauerkraut. Don't let the word mini fool you, it's more than enough to fill you up. I just can't say enough good about thisrestaurant, it's service and pizzas are consistently top notch, a great experience every time we go. We're already lookingforward to our next visit. Read more
Uncomfortable with places i have to go up to order and grab my own plate, silverware, etc and when you prepay encourage "fair"... tipping. It compares to sitting and eating your meal you ordered togo. Why am i tipping restaurant tip % for doing most of thework myself. Pizza was just ok, the prices are crazy high for what we got. Boasts about having the best pizza in town. It's about average. The salad bar is small but has interesting micro greens. Seating... is uncomfortable. It's self serve, order at the counter, get your own drink like Subway. Read more
We walked in and seated ourselves. Someone did come to our table and brought us a menu.. Did not care for having to order food... at counter and pay before getting our food. Also did not care for having to get my napkins, plates. Plastic silverware. And mydrinks. Then get your own boxes to take you food home. No service at all. Like eating pizza in a cafeteria. The service was great from the moment we walked in. We were greeted as soon as we entered I was surprised that I could get any... size pizza with gluten free crust. Most places only have small. The pizza came out and it was amazing. I highly recommend going.They have wonderful local foods, meat and other items for sale inside. We ordered the Honey Chicken Garlic Alfredo Pizza ongluten free crust and it was the best pizza I have ever had! Will return for sure. Read more
Wow! What an amazing pizza! I'm so glad Pizza Hut wouldn't deliver to me in my truck. I'm inspired now to never order Pizza Hut... again and try all the new places wherever I am. Meats with extra cheese and it is awesome. Read more
So much history, I have eaten their since I was a young boy. Pizza is always amazing and owner/workers are always friendly, ... it's like going home. There just isn't anything not to like about " Gio's". Bob and his people deserve a good word from me afterover three decades of great service and pizza. Read more
