Above average fast food. Not exactly sure what a butter burger is, but they are better than your average run-of-the-mill fast... food burger. Their crinkle-cut fries are the best and their custard is delicious. Read more
We tried to use our Iowa PBS coupon (buy one basket, get one free) and manager refused to acknowledge. He said we could only... take $1 off the two baskets. Not a good way to treat customers - we won't stop there again when traveling! Read more
Can't go wrong with Culver's! They saw our two Boston Terriers and offered the little doggie ice cream. This free puppy ice... cream (forgot what they call it) is vanilla with peanut butter but you can ask to leave out the pb. I also tried the strawberryfields salad with chicken and it is so good. I asked for a snack pack, got a double cheeseburger meal. He didn't ask if I wanted a double. So more than half of my meal goes... into the trash. I didn't complain to them, I'm tired and driving from Wisconsin to Missouri. Burger was a bit crispy for mytaste and none was hot. Read more
Always likes Culver's food but not please with this visit just ordered food and they did not give me all my food but still... charged me for it. The item ticket says there's one in bag but it was my mushroom Swiss burger I also ordered. Missing an entiredouble sourdough melt. Guess I just threw away 7 bucks for nothing. Read more
We just love Culver's. They have a large menu although we usually get the butter burgers or the chicken fingers. The food is... generally above average for a fast food restaurant. Of course the real reason to go is for the custard. It is some of thebest. It's always smooth and creamy. You can get a rather large cup with toppings or mix-ins for about $3.50. It's a bargain. AMAZING food at this store! Service was fast, polite, and order was correct. Did I mention the great food, still hot, delivered... right to our table. I can't praise the workers at this Culver's enough! Great job! My only request is for the "youngest"employees to remember that you are at work, not a social space. Haven't ever found anything outstanding at Culver's. Tried their fish sandwich most recently, asked for extra tarter sauce but... didn't appear to get any. Kind of bland. Read more
