The burger and onion rings were cold. This place has gone downhill since it opened after the fire. Friendly employees though. I... won't be coming back ever again because it isn't the same anymore. Waited in line 20 mins for 2 large onion rings, get 2 smalls. Go inside, turns out they did it on purpose! They ran out of large... boxes so decided to give us small but did not tell us or charge us for small. Good thing we went in but we will not be goingagain. Read more
I understand why this Burger King is getting poor reviews. It's because Noone knows the facts. To begin with, Drive thru... closes at 11. Not midnight. Not anymore. For now. Second: They can only work with what they are sent. Third: They areunderstaffed. They can not stay open if there's noone to work. And last but not least: When people are not getting what theywant, like NOW, they put themselves in a bad mood and all of a sudden everyone else is the bad guy. Try using a little morepatience. I?ve been to this burger king two times one time was 30 minutes until 12 which is when they close. I pulled to the window... because they weren?t answering at the drive thru and they told me they were closed. Absolutely disrespectful. The second timewas in the middle of the day, there was a few cars in the first drive thru lane. Had to repeat my order 5 times; at the menu board(x2), at the pay window(x2) and again at the pick up window. Guess what? Still... couldn't get the order right. ???? To the Manager's benefit, he returned my money and compt the meal. He has just taken over andobviously has many wrinkles to iron out! I wish him/them the best! I will give them a pass this time. Staff are usually very pleasant. Worth the wait for good burgers versus McD's salt burgers and bugs across the street!
