Ordered chicken biscuits with added egg and cheese. Got biscuits with eggs and BACON. We are Messianic Jews. We do not eat pork.... Makes this inedible. Don't think we'll be going back. If they had read back our order we would have caught the error, but theydidn't unfortunately. You don't know what they put in the order till you get your food, and by then it's too late. Read more

I really do not eat at this establishment because my son worked for them earlier this year and never got a paycheck. He returned... his hat and shirt. He went back and asked them for his paycheck and they said it was sent to their corporate office. He calledthe corporate office and he was told they seen he was hired but never had any hours sent in to them. How can a person give agood rating for this place when they treat their employees this way. Makes me wonder how many other people they did this to? Myson has contacted better business bureau and reported this establishment for having him work with no pay. Read more
Small-town Hardee's . . . Same great food, and great customer service. The only issue is that this one is in Newton, IL, and... like everywhere else in the town, it closes at 8 pm. If you get into town late and you're hungry, you probably need to go toEffingham to get something to eat, if you don't want Casey's pizza. Read more
Where we live we only have 1 Hardee's location close to us (still a 20 minute drive away). My husband always wants to go to one... when we are on vacation. This location seems clean and the lady running the food was on fire. Meaning as soon as the order wasup she got it out to the tables. She was taking orders, running out the food and possibly even doing the drive thru (I'm not forsure on that though). That lady deserves a raise!!! The food was so good the rest of our trip we stopped at many Hardee'salong the way. This one and our last one were the best ones imo. I've literally had one accurate order from here. It's such a common occurrence, I've almost stopped going to this location. The... worst experience is when one order was messed up, I called them. They answered the first call, said they'd call me back, butnever did. So I called back throughout the following day, only to be ignored. They at one point actually left the phone on so Icouldn't get through. I only know this bc I went back to the location, and called again while the phone was in view. I askedabout it, and the manager claimed it was "acting up" and still refused to fix the order because they said I didn't contact them!Awful service from a few select workers, the 2nd star in my review is for the good workers with excellent customer serviceskills, they at least have some decent ones.
