I normally love going to Wendy's, but not this one ever again! The lady there seem to have a problem when I asked for honey... mustard. Realized there weren't any napkins I waited until someone was free to ask she acted liked it was a big bother. Ok I goto sit down there's lots of flies. I moved to this area a few months back. I used to stop at Wendy's in my previous city. I have now stopped at this location over... a half dozen times and at each visit I have been treated well and my food has been perfect! I enjoy the "bag" specials, they areperfect for sharing and the food is fresh and well made. It's affordable while still having a great taste. Their fries areconsistently cooked correctly and do not leave a greasy feel on the hands. Wendy's is one of the few places that knows baconshould be cooked till it's crispy and then put on a hamburger. I will continue to eat here on a regular basis. Read more
2nd time within a month, bad experience. 1st one, cashier let me drive off w/o my change, had to turn around and go back. ... Today I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, no tomatoes, got back to the office only to discover I had a single with cheese. Iappreciate you guys trying to move the drive through quickly, especially during the lunch hour, but to me it's causing issueswith one person taking your money and as soon as you give them your money or card another person is shoving your food out thewindow. You can't think. So once you get your food, you've paid in some form but haven't received your card or change back. Frustrating, not only that, but to get back to work and not have what you ordered. Please review your drive through policy. Icould have been a Wendy's Corporate person ????. No need to comment or give me a free something on my next visit, I'm justoffering advice.
