I'm literally tired of this Wendy's. I go to get a $5 Biggie Bag , but ask for a large fry instead , as I always do. All of a... sudden they "can't change it". So I say well let me get another small fry then. I checked the bag but apparently not as throughas I should've. Of course the other fry isn't there and my sauces are wrong too. I paid $6 for this very same order the otherday. Tonight I paid $9 and it's not even correct. Literally tired of it. Read more
This Wendy?s has really been on point the last few times I have been here; especially the most recent time, yesterday evening.... The line was long, but I was able to get through it with my order in hand within 3 minutes tops. Everything moved soefficiently, everything with my order was correct, and the food was hot and fresh. The staff was professional and trulyexhibited good team work. This is the type of experience I like to have when ordering from fast food places, and I applaud themfor being on their A-game. Read more

I knew it would happen at some point. My fries.....were not hot. And no...this was not full. I ate 3. Employees fill containers... like the cost of fries are coming out of their pockets. Employees scoop the fries then hold it high above the container and whatfalls in the container is what the customer gets. Read more
I went to Wendy's to get a sandwich combo & nuggets. Instead I got an order that was given to the customer in front of me &... handed back through the window. So when it was my turn to get my order I was handed that SAME bag. I then asked "Is this the bagthat the lady in front of me handed back to you?" All I get are crazy looks & I don't know answers from a bunch of teenagegirls. The sandwich was open & bag greasy from the fries, something hard on the top of nugget container and the bag was allwrinkled. Not to mention I wasn't told a total for my order ($15 btw) nasty soda & no napkins.I then asked for a new order whichwas bought out to my car. I threw out all of the food. I've never had a problem before but will not return to this location.This little bit of food is too pricey to be messing up your order and Covid is still out here not taking any chances.???????? Went to this location for breakfast and received molded strawberries. The smell Hit me as soon as i opened the container! How... could anyone not see this? I live in a different city and did not see until i got home. I called the store multiple times, noanswer. Reached out to customer service who told me someone would contact me Back but never did. It's fast food. Service was good. The sandwiches looked and tasted great.
