Great options and always with a healthy twist. There's nothing unhealthy on the menu but they don't make healthy food taste... bland. Everything is very flavorful and the smoothies are a great addition to your meal. Whoever pitched the idea of thisrestaurant was a genius. Read more
I went to a Tropical Smoothie at a different location nearby and saw someone pay with cash. Went in to this location to purchase... a gift card and I guess they were confused, because there were 6 people working and they were all giving each other looks andapparently you can only buy a gift card with cash? Said I would run back to my car as it was parked out front and then they saidthey don?t accept cash. 1 star. Read more
My smoothie didn?t taste anything like I wanted it to and when I asked them to remake it the girls argued over whose shift it... was and then when she came up to the counter she was just like ? yeah we can?t remake that? she refused to remake it and I wassuper kind about it and I just threw my smoothie away when I left. I try to stay away from posting negative reviews, however, The customer service at this location is horrible. I get the same... smoothie every time. At this location they didn?t make it correctly and refused to make it right. I politely asked them toremake it since I paid over $6 for it. The ?manager?, if that?s what you call her, smacking her lips and rolling her eyes saidtheir was nothing she could do and have a nice day and walked away. I?m sorry, what?! You have this kind of person representingyour business? Why couldn?t you make my smoothie correctly?! If no stars was an option that?s what I would give this location.But I had to give one.
