Only issue is I had to wait a while (about 10 mins) at pick up window to be acknowledged so pickup was not as fast as I... expected. I am extremely busy though I understand the restaurant industry has been having widespread staffing issues in generallately & there was only 2 people (that I could see working) 1 taking orders & 1 making/serving orders. Once they came to thewindow with another order they promptly served me mine & all staff were very kind, friendly & helpful. No major complaints otherthan the wait time. I love the freshness & consistency of all their ingredients & the food is always delicious. I mostly orderthrough the app & its always hittin the mark or exceeding. The variety of healthy super tasty options remain unbeatable IMO. Itsrare that my orders have any accuracy or temp issues but staff is always accommodating to remake an item if something is notmeeting the reasonable expectations. UPDATE: I had a manager reach out to me in accordance to my review and message. They handled the problem very professionally and... more than most would if a customer had a complaint. I totally understand emergencies happen and the place wasn?t open on time.They were kind enough to deliver our drinks at no additional cost as well as put some free smoothies for our next visit. We lovetropical smoothie just had a bad day that was immediately resolved ?? IM PISSSED!! I placed an online order this morning to beready at 8:30am. I arrive at 8:45 and no one is here the doors are locked, no notice of a closure. This is beyond unprofessionaland I will never in my life return to this location. If you?re going to not be open at least have the audacity to put a sign onthe door. Read more

I came in today to order my regular .. my sandwich was made wrong so the young lady remade my sandwich. It?s always something... when I come to this location . I think I will be attending a different location for a few . Also if your going to hire newpeople please make sure they understand how to make the sandwiches . I will take a break from here. The customer service sucks! The cashier mainly the young girl always have an attitude. Twice the... smoothie I ordered had no taste. My Sister?s smoothie as well. There is no consistency with how the smoothies are made. If youorder a wrap it?s thrown on the counter, and you can barely hear the name that?s called. I?m very disappointed with the service. Always polite and ready to answer any questions. Not busy as other other restaurants but the quality is still there. Pricing is... the same as other chains. The sitting area is comfortable and usually have a good playlist going. Read more
