Depending on who you are, this place is either fun or an inconvenience. Seems like about half the machines that we wanted to... play were out of order or had faults. Laser tag is not bad though. Read more

I've been a loyal Tilt Studio customer as I've been VIP for quite some time now. Months ago, I decided I'd hold my son's 7th... birthday party here. Paid for the deposit online back in August and set the party for Oct 1st from 3pm-5p. Party day comes! Ipaid $350 for the ultimate package. Which includes cupcakes and goodie bags. I paid and get everything set up in the room. Weget started around 3:15 or so as I had to wait for the rest of the kids to get there. One of the employees, whose name I wasunable to catch but had pink hair, introduced another team member to us, Tim. She said it was his first time hosting a party.Well, my mother and I tried to be patient because we understand. Well everything was just mumbo jumbo and went downhill fromthere. Tim was not engaging in the least bit. We started with the attractions, bowling first. It was 8 kids. It should have beensplit 4 & 4 but tim had it 3, 4, and 1 with my birthday boy playing alone. Weird, but no big deal. There was a ball stuck and Ikept looking at Tim, he just stared into space. I informed him that the ball was stuck. His response? "Oh, I thought they weregonna keep bowling"..huh? He didn't get the stuck ball. Bowling was a fail. Laser Tag was next but we had to wait becauseanother group was in there. Laser Tag wasn't bad and the kids had the most fun there. Bumper Cars were next and that wasn't toobad either, though it was very short. Well my mom and I asked Tim about the food and he said that it should be out by the timewe get back into the party room. My mom asked if he checked and he said he can check right now (while the kids were still atbumper Cars). Ok cool, we all go back into the room. Pizza and drinks come out 5-10 mins later. Kids ate and then we didpresents. The cupcakes we were given were just so sad. Tiny and kept in a dirty cupcake storage. On top of that, we neverreceived the goodie bags I paid for. I asked Tim about the ticket blaster for my birthday boy.. He seemed dumbfounded Read more

Crazy ???? expensive ????????????. With the birthday package, $40 in 20 minutes gone in ride's and grab machine. In comparison... that's 2hr of play time at Chuck e cheese ????. The tilt studio server for the birthday party was amazing with the kids and thelaser tag was a lot of fun. Happy to go again if... someone else pays. Read more

Overpriced, few games function properly, claw game literally designed to never win. I get it, they are all rip offs but most... won't make it impossible to get something out. Asked manager and was told "oh its working properly". So the claw will be overthe price perfectly, then never close and just go down and back up. Makes sense. Joke of a business. Read more

Fun arcade style games for kids. Think mostly Chuck E. Cheese style games where you play and win tickets to exchange for prizes.... No retro arcade games with joysticks and buttons. Lots of fun for the littles, and can be fun for big kids and adults too. Read more

Ridiculously expensive! Half of the machines didn't work , or partially worked. Someone stole our squishmallow, the staff was... consumed by the party and was unable to help the other patrons, as they were "party Crew only". 1 star because we had fun and itwasn't dirty Read more

They definitely need bigger space for the bumper cars. It's kind of useless. Can't really move much and there was just two of... them. Imagine if other bumper cars are occupied. What you see in the picture is basically the whole area to move around in. Onthe left that you can't see are just other bumpers cars. VERY limited space to move around in. It will just leave youfrustrated. Imagine if other cars are occupied? Not all machines gives you points. There is no tickets to pull out, pointsautomatically gets added to your card. Kind of lost that "excitement effect" of "winning" something. Plus, as we all know, glitches happens so you will never know if you're points gets added up. Sure, once you swipe your card it will "flash" on theswipe screen for a split second of how much points you have, that is if you're quick enough to see it. It's expensive, you geta lot less for your money's worth, compare to Great Wolfe Lodge arcade. For $100 you definitely will get more enjoyment at GreatWolfe Lodge, more points for your bucks. Playing time in each machine is also shorter. So basically, it requires more Tilt moneyto play, for less points (no tickets) and less play time (again, just comparing to Great Wolfe Lodge arcade). I don't know yethow much points required for selected prizes. We will be having a birthday party there soon, will update this reviewthen. UPDATE: We had the birthday party for my son. The host, Justice is young and sweet. However, she is not the right fit tohost a party. She is not bubbly enough. She is very soft spoken. Party started late, not our fault. She should have started itat 12pm on the dot, no matter how many guest have arrived at that point. Each three attractions took too long. We only spentvery little time in the room, long enough to have pizza and sing happy birthday then was told we need to pack our things andpretty much get out because another party is needing the room. Seriously? We asked if we could bring all the guest by Read more
