Got there kinda late and it was the slowest line ever. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through. Food was good though.
The quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. And the service needs training
9/26/22 - drive thru. Got 3 taco supreme's with chicken. Asked for more mild salsa. I use 2-3 packs because the chicken needs... help. The drive thru girl said I had more than she was supposed to get and she would not give me more. 3 taco Supreme's and 5mild sauce packs. Well, Taco Bell say good bye to my dinero. Read more
It's very good for vegetarian type meals like the five layer burrito and the price is so reasonable
The woman taking orders and handing out the food at the drive-thru seemed to be either in a bad mood or didn't feel like working... today. She wasn't even a little bit pleasant. I didn't get a receipt for my purchase. I wasn't asked if I wanted any sauce andthe hard taco I got was very soggy on the bottom and broken quite a bit. This is the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. I try to avoid this place but my husband was craving it so I ordered. Got lucky... tonight cause there were absolutely no cars so there wasn't a wait until I got to the window. I don't know why it takes morethan 3 minutes to make 2 orders of chalupas....it's fast food isn't it ? So I get back home, opened up my food & the wrapperswere peeling off with the shell, they were beyond soggy. Literally no meat on either of the chalupas, I got lettuce & a glob ofsour cream & the second chalupa shell was so hard it cracked down the middle. They were lucky that I was too hungry to go back.This isn't my first time here & 80% of the time the service is horrible. I didn't even get my receipt tonight. As manycomplaints that this store gets, you'd think corporate would bring in new people & be on top of the service even if it meansbringing out a regional manager. Read more
