Review is based on the lack of good customer service and food quality. No one greeted me as I entered and approached the... counter, they looked at me and said nothing until I said hello. No words spoken when they handed me my mobile order, No thankyou, no have a good day, nothing. Very rude atmosphere. Sub was super thin. A flat sub is unheard of. Read more

I have visited this location a few times given its proximity to where I live. Tonight was the last time however. I have chalked... up bad customer service the times I've visited to personalities and folks not getting paid enough to be friendly. Sad..but I canlook past that. I won't, however, look past poor food and failure to make my sandwiches per the online order I submitted. Theyoung lady even referenced the order several times while putting the order together and it still was wrong. Wrong bread for onesandwich...wrong toppings on both. Quality and quantity of what was there was also very poor, which I place blame upon theowners too. Bottom line...between the food quality and lack of customer service...it proves this location really doesn't care ifthey have my business or not. I'll go elsewhere. Read more

We just left this subway and the customer service was extremely rude. We live 2 minutes away and have come several times, but I... will not be returning again after tonight. We placed a mobile order and it said to arrive at 6:55. I walked in about 2 - 3minutes after and waited at the mobile pickup spot. She was making subs for a couple and one other customer was waiting behindthem. I didn't say a word and stood there for another 3 minutes. She then tells me she's not doing any mobile orders right now.I said okay and asked about how long and where I should wait. She rudely shrugs her shoulders and says, "I don't know. You canwait in your car. I'm the only one working." I responded that I understood she was the only one but would like to know how longI should wait for. She responded with 20 minutes when there was only one other person in line. Once she finally made our subs, Itold her that I was fine waiting but didn't appreciate the rude way she spoke to me. She just said "I wasn't rude to you." WhenI explained how she was rude she just kept responding that she wasn't rude. There was no apology whatsoever. I also ordered theItalian BMT, one of the most popular sandwiches, and she left off some of the meat. I have never had a negative experience hereand am not one to post these reviews, but I think it's completely unacceptable for an employee to be blatantly rude to acustomer for no reason and then deny it. Restaurant was clean, food was good, but the two ladies working this evening weren't great. Neither of them were very friendly.... When we got up to the counter to order our food, the girl said, "go ahead"..... is this McDonald's quality food serviceworkers?? Not great customer service at all, besides the "have a good evening" we got from the other girl at the very end of ourvisit. We spent a lot of time in there, my husband and I, and we just ordered two 6" subs. I really don't think the two girlsworking could do any part of their job ANY SLOWER. Lack of motivation showed, and lack of concern for their job and customerexperiences. We will probably not visit this location for a while because of them. Or otherwise, visit at a different time ofday, because 6:30pm on a Monday night wasn't their best. Read more
