How have I lived in this area and didn?t know about this hidden gem?! My friend and I went here on a whim one rainy day and I?m... glad we did. This restaurant is hidden and you can easily miss it on Jefferson. When we walked in around 4ish, there were maybeonly 2 or 3 other tables. Anyways, we sat at the bar and was assisted by ?little? Dora (there?s two). She was so much fun tointeract with and actually was the highlight of our trip there outside of the food. She had the most positive attitude and weliterally talked with her behind the bar since it was slow that day. And because we were being super silly and messing withlittle Dora, another bartender named Juan came back there to talk to us as well. The staff here is extremely pleasant. If youwant good, reasonable priced food at a wholesome restaurant, then this is your place. The food was really really goodsurprisingly and extremely filling. Melanie, Kay, Kat and the staff are nothing short of AMAZING!!! From the time you walk in the door until the moment you leave, ... you feel like family! And did I say just how good the food is? 5 stars....would give it 10 stars if I could. If you get a chanceto go tell them Courtney sent you...I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!!! Very delicious tacos. I ordered the steak tacos so tender & flavored! Heard they have a taco Tuesday special, I will be back.... Overall the inside is kind of small, looks like they had a nice patio for outdoor dining. Was a friendly, fun feelingatmosphere. Lots of people in & out but staff seemed to handle it fine. Read more

Recommend! Visited with family as they live in the area and was recommend Papa Nachos, very satisfied. The space was very... crowded (friday night) but service was fast from the server, bar and cook side with everything coming out fast and friendly allaround. Decent size restaurant indoor and patio, all well kept and clean. Would recommend! Read more

This place was pretty good, but the music was stupidly loud. I'm a person whose hearing impaired and I had to take my hearing... aids out. Food-wise, no complaints. Very similar to other nearby places (plaza, Jose tequilas, la parrilla). Their layoutstands out compared to their competitors. Again though, that music volume was cranked to 11. I was having to inconvenience ourwaitress by asking her to repeat herself multiple times. Read more

Food is sooo good! We've had the elotes, chimichangas (fried), tacos, quesadillas, chorizo queso, queso and our favorites are... the birria tacos and elotes. Service is always quick, friendly, prices are very fair, drinks are good and my kid loves goingthere. Read more
