Absolutely love this place. Great food and can also bring it in the movie theatre with you. Little pricey, but it?s worth it.... Wings are excellent. Every Wednesday is $3 matinee burgers (originally $8). You can?t beat this if you just want a burger and abeer for lunch break or dinner. Read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. We walked in here and the place was dead. Only one person at the bar and two... servers behind the bar. So the front desk had a sign that said "Place all orders at the bar". So myself & my husband walk overto the bar with our orders already in mind. We stood at the bar for at least 10 minutes. Both servers walked by us 7 to 8 times.Never made eye contact or greeted us. They were just having casual conversation with themselves. Horrible customer service. Wefinally got the attention of a Cinemark worker and he got the attention of the server who said " Oh I was just making a drink",which I actually watched him pour alcohol into during one of the times he walked past us. 757 special was awesome. I had a shrimp plate. My husband had the $3 matinee burger. I got a caesar salad on the side. The... caesar dressing was awesome, very flavorful. The lady working the bar was nice and we enjoyed our lunch. :) Read more
This place is pretty terrible. I have been here quite a few times as its technically connected to paragon theaters. I have eaten... from here more than 5 times and every single time the host looks confused. I ALWAYS get greeted with "Uh...Hi...uh...Welcome toNeo Kitchen and Bar...." Are they sure they are in the right place and know where they work? The food takes sooooo long to comeout from the kitchen. 25 -35 minutes for a burger in fries when the only people in there are 3 people at the bar and a couplewho has already been served is a bit alarming to me. They get a 2 because the matinee burger and fries is amazing. I am notreally a burger kind of person, but I was thoroughly impressed with the taste and presentation. However, the customer service isterrible and the wait is way too long. Having said that, it has been almost a year since I have eaten there. Maybe I will try itagain someday and update my review but for now a 2 star rating is what I give them. Read more
Today was my first visit back since I had subpar food there about a year ago. The bartender was courteous and prompt in taking... my order. Unfortunately it took more than 25 minutes for a matinee burger and truffle fries. When I got the order, the frieswere plain, and I had to send it back to the kitchen. Instead of fresh fries, they simply added truffle oil and parmesan to thenow luke-warm plain fries. After I got the theatre and began eating, I discovered no cheese on my burger. (Didn't want to misspart of the movie taking it back). Too much money for what I was served. I'll just go to My Pi next time. Read more
I would have provided ZERO stars had the option been available. The service was just awful. Me and my friend wanted to grab a... nice dinner tonight and figured we'd give it a shot. We were seated immediately by the kind host. Things went barreling downhillfrom there. We were brought our drinks and waited TWENTY MINUTES to have our orders taken. Follow that up with waiting forTHIRTY MORE MINUTES for the food. And the food was eh, mediocre. And WAAAAY overpriced. Rice was dry. Fish was good, but notenough sauce. Massive plates with tiny portions. And getting our check was an entirely different story. THREE people walked outswearing under theirs breaths about the awful service in the duration of our 1 hour and 45 minute meal. The couple next to uswaited 20 minutes to even get drinks. The worst of it? There are waitresses and employees just wandering around. They won't takeorders from people unless they are at their "section" and will literally tell you that. All in all, I hated it. I will never goback to that location, or any other Neo for that matter. I highly recommend no one waste their time at this location, unlessyou're willing to overpay for mediocre and over-priced food and absolutely terrible service. Read more
Tater tot nachos (& chip nachos) are so good. Their chicken wings and French fries were also good. The bar service is quick and... friendly. The best part is you can take all this into your movie. Or just sit and enjoy a meal in the sports bar atmosphere(there are plenty of tables for groups as well) for they have big TVs to watch the game or fights. Read more
