0 stars if I could. We get breakfast once a week here and always are here at about 10:35. They?ve always done our breakfast. Now... they?re saying they?ve never done breakfast to any guests last 10:30 which is a lie. The lady in the drive thru (who was themanager and wouldn?t give us her name) was the rudest employee I?ve ever met in my life. Even said if we have a problem then wecan come inside because we?re holding up the line. She wouldn?t even give us corporates number. Pathetic. Tried to get my breakfast like I always do on Monday. I always come between 10:30-10:45 and order a bacon egg and cheese... biscuit. Today I got there at 10:20 but the drive thru was super long. When I finally could order it was 10:32 and the ladyrefused to give me my biscuit because it was past 10:30. I told her I had been in the line for a while and that I always ordermy food between 10:30-10:45 and there?s never an issue. She was rude and told me that they have never sold breakfast after 10:30which is a lie. Guess I?m never coming to get breakfast from here again. Read more

Front counter worked was super rude. Ignored us when we walked in, walked AWAY from us to clean tables. Had to ask to place... order. Annoyed she had to get drinks since coke machine was down in the lobby. Food was good, but customer service is where mostof my reviews come from... The employees were very professional, the male drive thru employee on today...is very professional & proficient...sometimes a "... GOD BLESS YOU" is what we need in the morning in addition to our coffee..Also, the manager offered to exchange my food item withno haste & brought my food out in the rain to me.
