First vehicle there at 8 am, sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes because their ?system? was down, they forgot my coke went... inside they had no lids, asked for a caramel frappé was told that machine was down, the people are disrespectful and genuinelyare working here to pass the time of day, I?ve never been to such a bad McDonald?s in my lifetime the doors were still locked at8:40 by the time I got my order and realized they forgot my drink wich didn?t have a lid if I could give this place 0 stars Iwould Read more
This isnt my first time here but i felt this review was overdue. Went on lunch break to get an apple pie for the road but when I... went to get them after paying, I was told by Taji that there were none available. He then offered to substitute for anotherlike item and asked if I could wait around two minutes to get it ready. In half the time, dude ran out with my purchase likedyou'd expect from a Chik FIL A delivery, with all the good nature you'd expect. Awesome energy and courteous. All these 1 start reviews but clearly, the owner doesn't care. My problem was I was short changed. I have been paying with card... lately but decided to pay cash because i thought there was no way she could screw this up. Change should have been 36 cents butshe only gave me 11 cents. Come on man! How do you screw that up? I didn't want to make a big deal out of it so I didn't sayanything but this is typical of fast food places. First visit there, and it'll be the last. Read more
Horrible experience. Sat in the drive thru waiting to order for 10 mins. Got to the window to pay and sat for 5 mins. Pulled up... to get my order and sat for another 5 mins just for the guy to realize my order was sitting at the window the whole time. Awful. Read more
Slowest drive-thru McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Also doesn?t help that the guy delivering the food to parked cars also was... working the drive-thru and cooking. This was at 5pm, not near closing or opening either. My order was wrong, got two of the samemeals and was missing both fries and both drinks. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one was because once I goteverything it was hot and fresh. Read more
Waited 10 minutes in the drive through just to place our order (2 cars ahead of us) just to be told they couldn?t make... milkshakes. Had to leave and go to Wendy?s. Oh well. Read more
The pitts.. but what do we expect? It's as though Macdonalds has one Crack team in our area. They migrate the "Greatness... Squad" from store to store, and it's like Russian roulette that you are going to eat good food, or regret yourchoice. Mediocrity is the standard, and every now and then the guest superstar team will drop in and work brilliantly to smooththings over. Always kind of sad to see people all sullen and sulky about having actual jobs... If we can just learn toanticipate the "superteam" visits then McDonald's can once again be a great experience, instead of simply a predictable, butreasonably non toxic, disappointment. Read more
