Placed order online 11/22/22 at 12:40 put all toppings up there and then had to wait for them to remake order then was advised... by cook its my fault he made the order wrong and he showed me the receipt with my exact order and said he didn't read the bottomof the receipt. I asked could I have the messed up pizza too due to the fact I had to wait an additional 30 mins he said it wasfault the messed up in the first place. Great customer service, great service. The food is amazing when order done correctly butthey often get orders wrong and very unprofessional. Try else where. Read more
Ordered through DoorDash and it came from this location. Pizza was not good. Very doughy and way too much sauce. I asked for... Romasean crust and got nothing on the crust at all. I love Marco?s but this was not the typical Marco?s experience. Andunfortunately this seems to be the closest location to me. Extremely over priced for the neighborhood. Employees appeared unknowledgeable of products and not very well trained. Stood at... front counter, looking through glass window at employees and waiting to place my order. After approximately 5-8 minutes, anemployee came to window, but didn't know how to sign into register. Frozen pizza is looking very good right now. Read more
I love Marco's pizza , just not this location. I was put on hold for almost 10 min after I told the guy I was calling for a... replacement order , for a order they messed up before . Then he came back on and said why are you on hold. I heard them in theback ground while on hold cursing and talking about other customers. Also the guys customer service was on 0%. Didn't feel likemy business was appreciated at all. This is my second bad experience with this one store. Love the food , but might have tojust stick to dominos. Marco's has always been a good brand and had great food in my opinion , but these workers are reallygoing to destroy your company's reputation name. Been wanting to try for a long time. Was able to and it was worth the wait. Best pizza in this town. Better than pizza hut,... dominoes and any other main stream pizza parlor. Only problem is we need one closer in Hampton. On mercury somewhere. That's myonly complaint. Keep using quality ingredients and making pizza that u would eat. Read more
The employees don't seem to know how to perform the functions of the job. Male employee pants hanging so low I see his... underwear. He wears no belt and this is the 2nd time I have visited this location and he has been dressed like that. I love thepizza. But the professionalism of the employees is terrible Read more
