I don?t know who was working the drive thru line and expo and cooking BUT whoever was working today?the WHOLE crew deserves... recognition! They were very sweet, very customer service friendly even with the big crowd they had. I appreciate the kindnessthey provided! First the good: the food was tasty AND hot. The bad: service was really slow, both before I was able to order and while the food... was being prepared. An item was missing when the food was served but that was immediately corrected. Read more
Where as I have always loved KFC, one problem I have with it now is that their legs and thighs are tiny. They aren't the size... they use to be, and not even the size of chicken legs and thighs you buy at the store. The flavor is still that wonderfulflavor, but the meat isn't that big as it use to be. I have had a lot of people agree with me on that too. If they were to getback to selling the regular size chicken legs and thighs, I think their business would do so much better again. Read more
Placed an order online, paid with credit card. Had order number and location confirmation. Went to pick up my order and was told... that they never received my order. I showed them the confirmation email. Employee just kept repeating that they never receivedit. Didn?t offer me a refund, apologize, or offer to fix the mistake. Will never be returning. Dreadful.
