Horrible food! Chicken was way too greasy with skin and breading that was like wet dough. The mashed potatoes and gravy were... over salted and like freeze dried or instant. Also, they shorted me a mac/cheese and Cole slaw but charged me. Realized after Igot home and called for hours (they were still open) and nobody ever answered (on a Thursday night). This KFC is my favorite store however today not so much. I live in Hampton yet I visit this store despite the drive. We ordered... a 8 piece meal After stopping at the window the cashier took my card and before I could put my card in my purse he gave me mybags . It was so fast I was suspicious so I checked we had 3 drumsticks 2 breast and 3 thighs . Called store no answer. So I wasleft with the feeling that we received leftover chicken or somebody?s cancelled order. Was it worth going back to the storeyeah ,did we no. Will we go back probably not Read more
Almost the whole order was wrong.. Attempted to call however the phone was not working.. I came Up after work and the manager... was very rude and did not want to accept The feedback She kept asking me what did I want that I want free food and I said no Iwant you to accept the feedback without Being rude.... I did an online order for 8 piece original. Just chicken I order it at 8:45pm and I didn?t receive my order until 9:40pm because... they close the doors at 7:30 so the line was wrap around the building. And of course when I received my order you guessed it allthe chicken was cold. Every time I order from the KFC in Newport News, Hampton area I?ve had a bad experience this needs to goto corporate. I don?t know what?s the problem is. Is it management or the employees and I definitely know it?s not COVID becausethere service and food quality was bad before it happened. We ordered a 12 piece meal, had to wait 20 minutes as it appears they had to make a fresh batch of chicken, which I... understand, and I must say it was worth the wait because the chicken was on-point. The family also said the same. If they makeit like that consistently they are the best KFC we've been to. Read more
Good meal, fast service, empty for dining in. Close parking, friendly staff. This was a Taco Bell/KFC location
Mediocre Taco Bell experience. My cheesy gordita crunch had a stale hard shell. The tortilla for my shredded chicken mini... quesadilla was not regulation size therefore resulting in an excessive tortilla to cheese and chicken ratio. The Doritos locostaco Supremes on the other hand were stellar! Packed full of "Mexican" goodness in every bite! We did have to park at the frontof the restaurant to wait for our order which took approximately 7 minutes and 3 seconds to be delivered. Not the fastest foodor the best but mediocre. Read more
Had to wait for someone to take my order, I was being ignored. Only got 2 pack of sauce because they put it in your bag. Went to... the counter for more, and was ignored again. Food ok, service, not so much. Read more
