The experience here was not a good one, will not be returning. Customer service was the deal breaker for me. Not to mention the... drive thru cashier telling us to "go" while we was checking our food. Didn't receive any of the condiments that was asked for. Iwanted white meat and received dark meat two thighs and a leg to be exact. I was really upset from the customer serviceexperience and traveling from Smithfield just for kfc chicken that I just left and gave the food to my dog and purchasedsomething elsewhere. Read more
Worst KFC ever. I went to KFC @ 9pm to order a 2pc. I was told that they do not have any chicken. How does a fast food chicken... restaurant not have any chicken. I'm sure the restaurant had chicken, they just didn't want to cook anymore so they can get outat 11pm, closing time. I ordered through Uber eats an famous bowl combo and two biscuits and spend $14.83 only for me to get my order and be totally... mad at and taste and Presentation of my food. My biscuits were not even biscuits they look more like over cooked rolls my famousbowl was over cooked and you could tell that it had to be sitting for a while before I ordered it and it tasted so nasty that Icouldn?t even eat it after the first bite and through it in the trash and the sweet tea didn?t even taste good and Uber eatsrefused to give a refund?. Maaannn. I?m so disappointed! I?ve been craving KFC for a while and when I tell you I was shocked when I seen the soda machine.... I was shocked. 28 dollars for 12 tenders small tenders at that and 4 biscuits. Are you insane. Are you making up prices now. You can get... combo's with sides for less then that. My receipt also said dipping cups we received no dipping cups we didn't even get ourranch dressing. I will not be back. I've heard of inflation but this is price gouging.
