The managers here and staff are very rude. Me and my colleagues went for lunch and had a not so good experience. The staff... talked harsher, would stand and stare, like we were in the wrong place to eat. Nonetheless, quality of food is good but if youwant people's business, it wouldn't hurt to train your staff how to respond to your patrons. Read more
I have to start off saying the food was pretty good. My family and I agreed we like the food. The customer service and... atmosphere was the reason for only two stars. This was our first time eating at Jason's deli. The cashier was less thanenthusiastic about taking our order. We got through that. We were trying to figure out how to get a plate for the salad bar.Where are the plates??? Finally, we ask a manager-type person running around the place. Again, less than enthusiastic abouthelping us. Then there were the tables...of course we want a clean table to sit at. All of the table tops were clean, but thechairs...not so much. I stood to eat my entire meal. I could not bring myself to sit in a dirty chair that had the crumbs of theprevious person there. Will we eat at a Jason's Delai again? Maybe. Good food. The steak po boy is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. But always check your order before you... leave. They almost gave me the wrong chips, and forgot the relish that comes on the sandwich, so they had to give me some on theside. They were nice and apologetic though. Read more
Clean. Employees were definitely on top of getting our food ready in a timely manner. One of our soups was Luke warm and they... heard us talking came right over to rectify the situation. We left full and happy. Read more
Garden Salad bar ordered... 1 pass now for 9 bucks... no proteins on bar at all... not even the cubed ham or bacon bits... not... sure if it was the holiday traffic but it seemed a bit lack luster for the money this go round... not saying don't go.. justcould have been better... Credit card transactions were also down... again not a turn off but very unusual... Read more
4:30pm on a Saturday .... there is one read it one employee in this store. She is manning the register, cooking, taking care of... the salad bar (which by the way is full), answering the phone and cleaning tables. She is calm, collective, polite and stillsmiling. She never turned anyone away ... even on the phone, just politely told them it will be a bit longer than standard. Shesets the bar for what an outstanding employee is! I ordered salad bar. I asked if they would refill lettuce it never happened. The reason for asking for a refill is that it was... very low and yellow lettuce. 2 tables left tables never cleaned. The workers seemed to take care of themselves. Ie eat birthdaycake From a customer grab some ice cream. This has never been our experience in the past. Not sure what has happened. I doubt wewill be back. I did not feel that the restaurant workers cared at all about the restaurant. Who is the manager !! Read more
Love the food here. Usually get food to go but this time I ate in the restaurant. Are the Carmela and a cup of broccoli cheese... soup. Paid just under $20 bucks for it all which brings up s a point - $4.99 for a small cup of soup is a bit steep, even if itis fresh broccoli and imported cheese. Amazing flavor but not for that price. That said, worth it to treat myself to great foodonce in awhile, just wish simple things like soup weren?t priced like that. Read more
