I have ordered from here chicken and shrimp x2 and always get ginger dressing with my meal. Today I asked where the dressing is... and the lady stated only comes with steak! I haven?t eaten red meat in over 5 years so I never would have ordered steak fromhere, why did I get ginger before? And why is it extra now? I'd leave 0 stars if I could. This place is ghetto, the customer service is rude. They change prices all the time with no menu... or point of reference. This is essentially price gouging. I spent $32 on food just for them to tell me that they only giveginger sauce with steak and that I would be charged $.50 if I wanted some. Anyone who has ever had Hibachi before knows that youget both yum yum sauce AND ginger sauce no matter what the protein is. Clearly I didn't order a ginger steak so why must I ordersteak to get ginger sauce? What if I don't eat red meat? I'm forced to pay for ginger sauce then? I will never give my money tothis place again. For what they charge I might as well go to Hayashi and get QUALITY food AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPEND YOUR MONEYWHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED!! Read more

They have good food but their customer service sucks. They make their own hours. Close before the sign on the door, so if you... don't get there before 7pm your put of luck. "False Advertising" they not open till 8pm. Would have given them more then 3 starsbut I'm a stickler for good customer service. Read more
