This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. I have been a long time customer of this location but not anymore. My husband... called to express how there was chicken in my order and to see if the correct food could be delivered. I don’t eat chicken andit has caused me to have an immediate stomach pain. To which her response was to respond rudely and hung up on my husband midsentence. I called back and expressed very politely that her actions were unkind. She spoke to me continuing to be rude and didnot listen to what I had to say. She kept saying that if I didn’t like the food to contact someone else. I never said Ididn’t like it I’m asking for my food to be delivered to me in the way that I ordered it and paid for. I will never orderfrom here again. How do they expect to keep business open if they treat their loyal consumers this way? Honestly it’s justfood at the end of the day but learn how to treat people lady. It’s not ok to be rude, mean, hostile, or anything elsethat’s impolite and belittling. She wasn’t even willing to deliver me new food, she brushed it off and said oh it just“slipped” in. It didn’t just slip in because it wasn’t just the big piece shown , a lot of chicken was mixed in. Now Imight need to go to the hospital because I haven’t had chicken in over a decade. I wouldn’t recommend you continue or eventry the food from here. How can you support a place that is so unkind and disrespectful to the people who keep it open. I’mgoing to pray for that lady and I hope she finds some peace in her soul because she seems like she needs it by the way shehandle our situation with such disgrace. I honestly wish I would’ve recorded her because she was so nasty and I really wouldlike to save someone else the trouble of dealing with the headache. Good food, friendly service ! Crab ragoon are really good and cooked perfectly. Sweet and sour was delicious and the chicken... beef lo mein was delicious. Also ordered cashew shrimp, only thing missing that I love is bamboo shoots, the sauce was goodthough. Read more

I don't know what these other reviewers are saying about the customer service and delivery drivers. My experience has been the... complete opposite. I have ordered multiple times from this place: delivery, in person, and for pick up, and in every case thefood was fresh, made to order, and tasted delicious. This is my go-to spot for Chinese food since I've moved here and they havealways made great meals for me. I regularly eat here and they have not messed up an order yet. Read more

The restaurant worker is extremely rude, they had tripping hazards throughout the restaurant. They have a kid's bike inside the... restaurant near the kitchen which is beyond unsanitary especially since the bike is dirty and even if it's ridden inside wherethere is foot traffic or outside, any bikes inside the restaurant where it is visible especially near the kitchen is not whereit belongs. They should have left it near the front door or in the back of the restaurant where it is not visible or anywherenear the kitchen. They have kids' toys all over the floors near the open dining areas. They have the majority of the restaurantblocked off but they have open seating near the kid's toys all over the floors. Terrible experience, place has really gone downhill. Food was all over the place in bag which led to the spilling of sauces.... Fried chicken feels stiff like thrown into microwave. Asked white guy for sauces, lied to my face saying there was in bag, nosauces to be found. Considered ordering from them but never again. I will be taking my money to HongKong where they know how tocook food well done. Read more
Ordered via Uber Eats, when I took a bite I saw an actual worm crawling in the food! I immediately threw up! I am utterly... disgusted and advise people not to eat here. I wish I could add a video of it crawling, I’m still in awe. Read more
