I have always been satisfied with this location, despite the fact that the dining room is closed for pickup orders and you have... to use the drive-thru as of late. However, this time I was less than satisfied because I was feeling from the location andplaced an order on the app in it placed it at a location at another location. I didn't realize until I got to the speaker andthe staff was less than helpful. So I pulled over and ended up calling customer service and they credited my gift card back forthe amount of the order and gave me 500 bonus points because I used a offer in my original order that was no longer valid. I pulled up to the drive thru and the person at the order speaker left. I pulled up and a girl said "just a minute please" and... sat there for 5 minutes with my radio on, window open. Finally I said "excuse me" a boy said "I'm so sorry, what can I get you?"I placed my order, he told me the amount and I drove up. I sat at the pickup window for more than 8 minutes. I sat there for awhile and watched employees 3, walk back and forth, 2 girls had a conversation and a few minutes later someone came toward thewindow but never spoke to me or took my payment. I then watched him start to brew a large insulated container of decaf, mixseveral frozen drinks, bag someone else's order. The line behind me started to back up, the woman behind me would catch my eyeand I shook my head, held up my card and she was upset too. A third car pulled up after her and started to get impatient. After9 minutes passed by one boy took my payment, no mention of the delay and handed me my coffee. Another boy gave me food. Ithanked them both because I was pretty sure they would get yelled at by the customers behind me. My order was hot and correctbut my coffee was full of coffee grounds. This Dunkin donut is the slowest, most inefficient establishment I've ever had the displeasure to order from. I ordered online,... and yes, they were slightly busy, but that's no excuse. We gave them twenty minutes to prepare our order of two coffees and ahalf dozen donuts. We got there, and they had not even started on it after waiting an hour in line? NEVER again will I go here! This used to be the best in the area. And I'm usually pretty patient. However when they didn't include part of my order in the... bag I had to wait in the drive thru line again and then wait for it to be made. I don't typically expect free or complimentarybut this was ridiculous. Just open the doors for pick ups and screw ups. I will definitely just drive by this one too go to JClyde. Read more
Doors locked and NO SIGNS... again! Thanks for not communicating with us! I really LOVE (not!) walking up to pick up my order... and finding the door locked, then having to wait in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes (nice sign on the drive-thru speaker, bythe way, AFTER we wait in line).
