Okay, Domino's you understood the assignment! I ordered the Spinach & Feta Artisan Pizza. I love this particular pizza "flat... dish-style." It's made with alfredo sauce (extra), feta and parmesan-asiago cheeses, fresh baby spinach, and onions. I alsoadded Chicken! It was delicious. ???? I asked for extra Alfredo & you delivered. Routinely get items incorrect and lazily thrown together (such as unseasoned bread twists, or toppings from other pizzas all... over yours), will substitute items with lesser quality ones without checking, will forget parts of your order (both in store andin delivery) and you'll sit on hold when you call correct it. Wait times always inaccurate and food is more often than not coldeven during carryout, because they make you wait 10+minutes after some of it comes out to fix their mistakes on the other parts.Employees get combative with you for pointing out half your order is missing. Only come here if you like being surprised becauseyou never know what you'll get if ordering something here. Read more
My husband went into Dominos to place an order. I ordered a white pizza no oil, with bacon and mushrooms. I was floored when... there wasn't any cheese and it was 100% cold where my husband's was still hot. It was the worst pizza I ever had. Barely anybacon and the mushrooms were burnt. It is was awful. Brandon-GM was awesome. Clean store and food prep, EVERYONE was friendly and food was prepared on time and perfectly. As an old... pizza restaurant worker I was genuinely surprised at the level of efficiency and customer service. It was really busy-645p onthe Saturday before Christmas? but 4 different people asked if I was being helped. I really appreciate the hard work that goesinto such a well run store. For the past few years I have been ordering from this location and have well over spent a few hundred dollars on their food, but... as of lately the quality has dropped drastically. Less crust seasoning, less toppings on pizza etc. Today I ordered my regularorder and the cheese bread in that order is flat as a board and looks as it was just thrown all over the place on the way to myhouse. The drivers are my favorite people ever and I wish them nothing but the best but I've put up with the quality dropsbecause I had a dear friend that had worked there and passed away but I think this is the last time I'll be ordering from thislocation. The Cheeseburger pizza was Awesome! We ordered it with the Brooklyn crust and it was the perfect mix of toppings and crust! ... This Domino's is always fast and friendly for pick-up. The salad my daughter ordered was fresh and sizable, appropriate for thecost. Having all the toppings compartmentalized is perfect for kids....and explains why you can't customize it.
