Asked for a fresh Cinnabon with no icing and was told the oven is cut off for the night at 6:40pm. The Cinnabon we received were... dried out. We asked for icing and she proceeded to charge us. No ma?am! Staff was rude and mumbled as we walked away afterpaying? Read more
Online said they were open till 9. Drove over from Hampton to go in and find out the location was closed. It was 7:15.
Love it! However have to make sure you pay attention when they are preparing your order so you get what you asked for. Many... times I have asked for the pecan buns and got just the traditional Cinnabon in my box when I got home. Read more
