Food was okay, son really wanted to go though. Order was wrong with no apology for the error, oh well customer service... everywhere has gone down hill lately. Restaurant was uncomfortably dirty is my biggest issue. Floor was sticky, surfaces notwiped down, no cleaning done between eat in customers. Could tell my the corners and cracks of the dine in area that cleaning isnot a priority in running this location. Won't be going back! Read more

***EDIT*** Every time I go into a Burger King I can't help but feel like they are holding on for dear life ***Stale... Atmosphere*** I like Burger King, and this place does a good job. But I can't in good faith give it 5 stars. The food couldprobably get a 5 star, but the atmosphere is just stale, and it's always a little bit dirty. In fact my son and I went here onJune 4th, 2022 and I could barely throw away my trash because all the trash cans were full. But it's an old building that needsa remodeling on the inside, but until then it could probably use a good wipe down. Read more
We've been to this location several times after leaving busch gardens & water country, they are the best burger king that we've... been to in along time. Generally this Burger King is pretty good. Most things come right the way you order it and is usually pretty fresh. Fries could... probably be a little crispier but it's fine. I do have an issue with the last time I ordered cheese sticks though. I don't knowwhat the issue was but it tasted a little weird when I bit into it. I looked and didn't see anything that looked like cheese init at all but some tough, brown, tary stuff. I'm sure it may have been cheese at some point but not anymore. I don't know ifthey have just been heating these things up all day or what and if it was safe to even consume but I just decided I wasn't goingto eat that, lol. Picture added for reference. Very impressed with the friendliness and speed. They had my special value 2cheeseburger fry and drink ready by the time I... finished selecting my beverage. Went through drive through 11/10/22 around 9:15pm, ordered, asked for freshly cooked food, the young man said no problem. I got... to window, paid for the food, it was COLD!!!!, especially the fries, they said drive around and we?ll bring it to you. Well bigmistake!!! I should have looked at it before I drove away. Had a bad feeling, when I opened the bag burger was a big greaseball, with overload of mayonnaise ketchup, etc. thrown on it, the nuggets were fried so hard they were like hockey pucks, theonly thing was fresh were the fries!!!! But at this point I was afraid to eat anything because it made me question, what elsedid they do to the food??? I was so upset I threw everything out even the soda. I won?t be going back, only to pay managementa visit. If I could take away the one star I would. Read more
