This day and age when finding good employees can be challenging, this place has found some. They were very polite and didn't... give any attitude when I politely asked for my burger to come with no onions or pickles!! The fries were even hot! Made me feellike a KING! See what I did there? Read more
Fast takeout order prepared as ordered. Met expectations for basic quick lunch. Nothing to be excited about, they are out of Dr.... Pepper. There is nothing I can put in a review that will make decide to eat here or not. BK is convenience, not for experience. Read more
Nice and clean restaurant. Good and friendly customer service. Love a lady addressed me as " Gentlemen " when food was ready for... pickup. Disappointed when one of the customers was calling and cursing at her there while we were about to be done we think thatperson is homeless. However, she was still calm and respectful. Food was hot but there was no salt on the fries and the orders were completely messed up. We ordered 6 combos and only 1 of them... was right and that was the chicken sandwich. I asked for a whopper with no bun and received a plain patty. No pickles, noonions, no ketchup NOTHING....not even on the side. If you go, be sure to check your food before you leave. Read more
***Not a great experience at BK*** First off this Burger King is fairly new, and looks really nice and clean from the outside. ... However it appeared to be unkept once inside. Chairs were disheveled, and there were a few random pieces of trash layingaround. Then there was also a worker who was on break vaping in the back corner booth lol. Could've done without that. Thefood was good, however I paid $12.39 for a "Bacon and Swiss Cheese Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich" Combo meal. I already feltlike that's a lot of money for a combo, then when I opened up the sandwich it was very very small. Hopefully you can tell howtiny the sandwich is from my picture. So this is a newish micro sized BK, it can't be more than a couple of years old. I swear this place was so clean and shiny when... I visited on a recently that I thought it had been planted and grown overnight. It's a bit off the beaten path as it's locatedat the very top part of Newport News just before you get to Yorktown. I was on my way to Richmond to do some photography atBelle Isle and we decided to stop and get some breakfast. The location for this BK worked really well for us because there's solittle at this exit that we were able to hop off I64 and pull into the parking lot a couple of moments later. The only otherbusiness nearby is a 7-11. Since they was no traffic we were the only customers at that point and were able to walk in and orderright away. The staff was friendly and everyone was wearing masks and observing social distancing, etc. While the dining roomwas open, there was no one eating within. We ordered our breakfasts and decided to take them back to the car and just stoodoutside and enjoyed the morning air while we ate. I haven't had a BK breakfast in quite a long time and found my croissant waswas excellent. I had a side of tots and a cup of coffee to round out the meal. There were no trash cans in the parking lot soI returned inside to throw the bag away when we were finished. This was a great little BK from what I've experienced.
