Ordered with app, food was hot and ready and it was made just the way I special ordered it.

This used to be one of the best BK?s in Newport News until the new manager (?), some older aged Caucasian lady, came to the... scene. All of the employees here are nice and normally do their job with great attitudes until that one woman came along andjust brought down the entire experience for this location. She normally works like a later afternoon to night shift and isresponsible for taking the drive thru orders? whoever she is needs to get fired as she?s one of the rudest and mostunprofessional people I?ve yet to encounter. If it wasn?t for her, this location?s typically a 5-star rating. But her existencealone brings it down so much. Read more

The rude staff gets so mad when you start ordering it looks like they just want to be there and get their paycheck. I have the... manager an old blonde lady that took my order and she overcharged me for 2 regular whoppers I pay $29 dollars and the burgerswere all saggy and horrible.
