So I had a taste for some pretzels and decided to make a pet stop. While placing my order, I was advised only 1 was ready and I... had to wait for the other. No problem. However, the older adult that was working with the 2 high school associates was reallyrude. I felt sorry for the 2 younger ones. Just snapping back to them was very uncalled for. I worked here for a few days in 1999. They trained me and had me work for a few days. Without reason I was fired and never paid.... When I asked the manager she said we decided we didnt need another employee and we never put you in the system so you dont get apaycheck since were not filling the position anymore. I made pretzels for another pretzel company for 2 years. I was a goodworker. I wasnt late. I didnt do anything wrong. They owe me 3 days pay still. Read more

There was a hair in the bottom of my cup so I asked to have some fresh ones. They literally threw two fresh nuggets into the... same dirty cup. The manager was hostile and rude about the whole situation. She was more interested in talking to her friendsthan serving customers. Read more
To. Die. For. Buttery. Pretzels. This spot was my introduction to their brand and good grief is it good. Sometimes admittedly... may be a little too cooked by being in the warmer too long (if low shoppers) but still worth buying if you want to treatyourself. Read more

TMobile offered a free pretzel from here on Tue. We got our free items. But we would Not recommend this place! We had an email... for another free pretzel, but they said we had to wait 4 hours before we could get the next free item. Really? The pretzels wehad seemed like they were cooked too long! They seem real thick. The cinnamon pretzel was not really good and the sweet glazedip was WAY too sweet! We threw it away. So we go back (not 4 hours) but a couple days later for the other free items. We getit, and wanted to pay for other items. She charges us for something we did not ask for (we said pretzel dog she gives us minipretzel dogs). When we bring it to her attention she does not even apologize. That is rude and not good customer service! Themini pretzel dogs seems to be overcooked (they looked a little burnt on the bottom). We have had better pretzels around thecorner from them at another vendor not in the food court. Not impressed with Anne's! Most pretzels from other places melt inyour mouth. Not from here.
