Amirtha is now my top choice for Indian cuisine on the Virginia Peninsula. Atmosphere: cozy and friendly. Food: delectable. My... party ordered three chicken dishes - Kadai curry, korma and butter chicken. The chicken was from boneless skinless thighs -tender and flavorful. My order was a few minutes late during dinner rush, so my hostess offered me two cups of Masala chai teaon the house. Recommended. Read more
The food was AMAZING, the staff was sweet as pie, so kind to my son. My husband and I loved our meals (paneer butter curry and... fried rice) and my toddler absolutely loved the masala omelette and was treated so well by staff. Hands down must try! We have tried a lot of the Indian places around and this one is hands down the best. The Chef is amazing... back there whipping up some great curries. We had the butter chicken and Saag curry, both were excellent. The Saag currysurprised us with how good it was. Read more
