Worst 7-Eleven I?ve ever been to. The workers are super rude and unhelpful blaming everything they can on the customer.... Unprofessional signs at the front written in sharpie. On top of that the gas pump would not work. When i told them it wasn?tworking they said it was my fault so i rebought gas and it still didn?t work. I went back in to let them know it doesn?t workand was ignored by the old lady who was more worried about filling up the front counter cookie basket then helping. Told her I?mjust gonna go somewhere else and just told her the pump wasn?t working and she still said absolutely nothing and kept grabbingcookies. Please just drive an extra mile to the next 7 eleven on Jefferson. Had a long day at work , just wanted to grab something to eat & drink . I stopped at the store on my way home knowing that all... 7-Eleven stores 24 hours . This place is horrible. Their cashier ask for ID sometimes and then other times they don?t. The same cashiers are slow and can?t... hear anything. Anyone new there leaves immediately. Management looks tired every time I see them. There is no customer serviceand there is always a line. Always. The Ethiopian man there is the worst one of all. Watch out for him. Idk who the white associate is with the short black hair but apparently she cant talk enough to let me know the chilli she just... changed was going to be cold. Thanks. I just threw away 3 nacho boxes because she said "if you don't want them throw them away".I guess wiping down surfaces is harder than taking the time out to explain that it would be cold and idk maybe an apology??
